LONDON, LUXURY CHRISTMAS STORE FRONTS

London is very well known across the globe for its many festive celebrations held within the city. One of the most exciting aspects of London at Christmas are the many luxury store fronts. Dressed in incredible lights, objects and sometimes even interactive features, walking around areas such as Bond Street, Oxford Street and Knightsbridge will certainly have you feeling merry.

Harrods, Christian Dior

One of the most prestigious and iconic store fronts this year is the Christian Dior display at Harrods on Brompton Road. The collaboration between Harrods and Dior brings us ‘The Fabulous World of Dior’, a whimsical Christmas exhibition, to celebrate the 70-year relationship between both of the iconic British brands. Designed and interpreted by artist Pietro Ruffofor the Dior cruise 2023 collection, the motifs displayed include the large compass rose, an array of stars and intricate flowers.

The exhibition doesn’t just stop at the store front, the magic of Christmas continues inside the store, with a Dior-inspired gingerbread tableau, followed by an array of different pop ups which express their own unique stories. One of these inspiring pop up exhibits includes the architecture of Dior’s iconic locations – from Granville to La Colle Noire, via 30 Montaigne –which has been recreated by playing on scale and proportion. The exhibit also includes smaller versions of the famous Dior pieces, including the Bar jacket to the Lady Dior bag.

High fashion, interiors and architecture often reference each other, and the work created by our team of expert designers at Accouter is a clear example. This can be seen through the work which we share on our Instagram profile.

NEW YORK, LUXE HOTEL CHRISTMAS EXPERIENCES

New York City is possibly one of the most renowned cities in the world for the Christmas season, with festivities around every corner.
