WELCOME TO THE BRYANSTON PENTHOUSE
Our most significant commission to date: The Bryanston Penthouse, Hyde Park. Situated across the top three floors of this iconic address, the 7,763 square foot residence, with a further 1,403 square feet of private terrace, offers one of the most extraordinary views in the capital. Rising 250 feet above street level, it is the tallest private residence overlooking Hyde Park.
In collaboration with property investment and development company Almacantar, the penthouse is conceived as both sanctuary and statement. Accouter’s brief was clear, to craft a space of enduring beauty that captures the seasonal tones of Hyde Park while creating a one-of-a-kind urban living experience.

A design story like no other
The design of The Bryanston Penthouse is rooted in its surroundings. Drawing inspiration from the textures and tones of Hyde Park in autumn, the interiors have been curated to evoke a quiet warmth and understated elegance. The soft gold leaf veining at the entrance, envisioned by Benjamin Raymond, instantly captivates you as you begin to flow throughout the space. As you begin to look a little closer, the refined details such as the suede-lined corridors and maple-toned joinery, create a sensory experience that continue to unfold gently, room by room.
Texture and craftsmanship form the foundation of the design narrative. Each area of the space has been designed as a balance of form and function. In the reception, a five-metre curved sofa, created onsite to mirror the building’s architecture, is set against a marble fireplace and bespoke joinery. In the dining room, a custom onyx table and gold-lined Crystalline chandelier by artisan Olivia Faire frame a setting made for both intimate and formal gatherings.
Rather than follow a fixed aesthetic, the design responds to context. The bronze velvet kitchen banquette to the bespoke pieces such as the Boo Buffet Cabinet by Simon Cabrol, reflects the individuality of the home and its future owner.
The principal suite offers a sense of calm without compromise, with layered textures, curved cabinetry and sculptural seating crafted with intent. The Play Bouclé Armchair by award-winning designer Dmitriy Kozinenko anchors the space, its organic form and tactile finish expressing a quiet kind of artistry.
The feeling continues across the additional suites, where natural materials and soft palettes have been chosen to provide moments of retreat.
SUBLIME DETAILS
The Bryanston Penthouse stands as a defining expression of Accouter’s philosophy, that true luxury lies in thoughtful detail, sensory balance, and the quiet confidence of meaningful design. The property is offered with a guide price of £70 million, which includes all interior furnishings, excluding artwork.
This residence is more than a home; it is a work of considered design. It speaks to refined taste and transforms daily life into something quietly exceptional, a lasting reflection of individuality and intent.

A curved sofa with quiet poise and upholstered in a richly textured, neutral fabric, its sculptural form anchored by a extended console in a tonal finish. Both functional and graceful, it creates a natural centrepiece, echoing the soft geometry of the surrounding interiors.
A curved silhouette in mohair velvet, defined by contrast fabric detailing and a graceful, sweeping backrest. Designed to embrace the body with ease, it reflects the gentle rhythm of the architecture itself.
Crafted in Lelièvre fabric with walnut V-shaped legs, combines sculptural elegance and comfort to transform a sunlit corner into a refined sanctuary for rest and reflection.
Finished in sycamore Tabu veneer with a gold leaf-lined interior and suede-lined drawers, it carries the character of a jewel box, bringing a sense of quiet indulgence to the bedroom.
Crafted in high-gloss burl with curved lines and suede-lined drawers, embodies quiet confidence, transforming any workspace into a place of artistry and ritual.
