WELCOME TO THE TOWER II
Set within Chelsea Waterfront, The Tower II marks our return to a location we know well, having previously designed residences including the landmark £6.5m apartment and The Tower. This latest private-client commission, a four-bedroom apartment, continues our journey with a focus on creating a calming, homely environment. Working hand-in-hand with our client, the home is defined by considered design, intelligent function and lasting quality. Our team has worked to deliver a residence that is not only comfortable and purposeful, but one that quietly reflects the clients personal story.

a design tailored to their rhythm
The client’s vision for this apartment was clear, to create a home that offered space for quiet retreat, welcomed intimate gatherings of family and friends, and reflected the beauty of the riverside setting and architectural details of the external building. From the very beginning, we worked in close partnership to ensure that every room aligned with these intentions, allowing the client to feel at home and seen in every detail.
To support this vision, we opted for a subtle tonal palette and thoughtful geometry throughout the design. A monochromatic scheme, softened with fluid accents of blue, creates a calm and cohesive atmosphere across the home. Clean architectural lines echo the curves of the building itself, grounding the interiors in their iconic context. Together, these choices establish a natural balance between everyday living and considered entertaining.
At the centre of the living space, bespoke joinery catches the eye. Elements that serves both function and form. A central sliding panel conceals a 65-inch television, preserving a clean and composed living area when not in use. On either side, softly illuminated shelving adds warmth and dimension, providing space for the client’s personal objects and contributing to a design that quietly tells their story.
BEDROOMS DESIGNED FOR COMPLETE RELAXATION
When designing for private clients, the emphasis is always on how they will each room, what they feel when they enter it, and how it responds to their lifestyle. In each of the four bedrooms, this approach led to a palette of understated luxury, designed to make the client feel comfortable, safe and at ease. Soft textures and muted finishes bring a sense of calm, while each layout is arranged to support rest and privacy. In the principal bedroom, an oversized, bespoke headboard panel provides a clear focal point, drawing the eye to the heart of the space.
embracing the riverside views
For a home to feel intuitive and truly lived in, movement through the space must feel natural and effortless. Clear circulation was essential to our client’s brief, not just for function, but to support a sense of ease and comfort in their daily routine. Throughout the apartment, these routes have been carefully defined to maintain flow and coherence.
Each finish, joinery detail and clean line was chosen with the client to complement the building’s architecture, while staying true to the client’s vision. Hints of blue within the palette and a gentle sense of fluidity throughout the interiors nod to the riverside setting, drawing the outside in and establishing a calm visual rhythm that echoes the movement of the Thames.
