WALDORF ASTORIA RESIDENCES

Introducing our latest project at the Waldorf Astoria Residences, New York. Set within one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, this lateral family residence marks another project in Accouter’s portfolio of prestigious luxury residences. Bringing together the glamour of the building’s Art Deco heritage with the warmth and familiarity of the client’s London home, the design celebrates both its extraordinary setting and the individuality of those who live within it.

A New York residence shaped by its iconic setting, but made entirely personal to the family who calls it home.

Drawing on the Waldorf Astoria’s celebrated architectural legacy, sculptural forms, rich finishes and refined detailing are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Rather than recreating the past, the design captures its spirit, creating a residence that feels timeless, sophisticated and distinctly personal.

As one of New York’s most renowned branded residences, the Waldorf Astoria offers a unique balance of heritage and contemporary luxury. Building on our experience designing homes within some of the world's most celebrated luxury addresses, we created a home that belongs unmistakably to its New York setting while remaining deeply connected to the family who lives there. A space that feels collected, characterful and enduring.
